Four Week Introduction Series

Learn to understand your breath and what your breath can do for your health and well being.

In this 4 week series you will learn:

To incorporate different easy breath techniques into your everyday life
How to address anxiety, insomnia digestive issues, constipation and other stress related illnesses
To release old patterns of holding
How breath awareness can impact your life
How to balance your nervous system and boost your immune system
How to take a deep breath
To explore your resistance to a breath practice and to learn and understand the physiology
of resistance

Four Evening Sessions:
